You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account and outlets. Tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.

You are responsible for the menus, prices, taxes, and orders you configure and process through the service, and for complying with the food-safety, labelling, and tax rules that apply to your business.

Paid plans renew automatically for the billing period you select until cancelled. Fees, trial length, and limits are shown at checkout. Taxes may apply.

You retain ownership of the menu, order, customer, and sales data you create or import. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you.

Where you accept payments through integrated providers, those transactions are also governed by the provider's terms. You are responsible for settlement, refunds, and chargebacks with your customers.

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these Terms. On termination your right to use the service stops; you can export your data for a limited period.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified, and continued use after they take effect means you accept them.
