We want you to be happy with ScaleDining. This policy explains how trials, renewals, and refunds work.
Free trial
Paid plans begin with a free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before then at no cost.
Monthly plans
Monthly fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. Cancel any time to stop future charges; your plan stays active until the end of the current period.
Annual plans
Annual plans may be eligible for a pro-rated refund if you cancel within the first 14 days of a new term. After that, the plan runs to the end of the term.
How to request a refund
Contact support with your account email and reason. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within a few business days.
Add-ons & credits
One-time purchases, add-ons, and consumed credits are non-refundable once used.
